Transition Southampton was formed in 2008. We are run by volunteers with the aim of supporting and showcasing projects which help make Southampton a happier, healthier and greener city.
Big Bike Revival – we are once again taking part in Cycling UK’s Big Bike Revival with repairs, led rides, events and tuition all aimed at getting new people onto bikes, or getting old bikes out of sheds and onto the roads! See our Bike2Basics page for more details.
Repair Cafes
Our repair cafes run from 10.30-13.00 at Freemantle URC, 257 Shirley Rd SO15 3HS on the first Sat of each month (except January) and at St Denys Community Centre, Priory Rd SO17 2JZ on the 3rd Sat of alternate months, ie Jan, Mar etc.
Next regular cafes: Freemantle 4th May, St Denys 18th May 2019, Freemantle 1st Apr
